The isolators are equipped with an external leveling arrangement that allows precise adjustment during installation. This feature can compensate for full static deflection, ensuring accurate alignment and optimal performance of the supported equipment. The inclusion of slots in the bottom plate allows secure bolting to the structure, further enhancing installation stability.

To improve operational performance, the inner walls of the lower casing are fitted with resilient rubber snubbers. These play a crucial role in guiding the top casing smoothly, preventing binding, and limiting lateral movement caused by start-up, shutdown, or external forces such as wind loads. They also eliminate the possibility of metal-to-metal contact, thereby preventing isolator short-circuiting and maintaining effective vibration isolation.

Additional noise control is achieved through neoprene inserts beneath the springs and a 6 mm thick ribbed base pad. These components act as noise breaks, effectively reducing high-frequency vibrations that might otherwise transmit into the building structure. This makes the isolators particularly effective in environments where both vibration and noise control are critical.

For optimal performance, it is recommended that the mountings be adjusted so that the upper housing maintains a clearance of at least 6 mm and not more than 12 mm from the lower housing. This ensures proper functioning and longevity of the isolator.
