The Uniweld VV1 Vapor Vue Visible Vapor Charging Device is an advanced HVAC tool designed to convert liquid refrigerant into vapor before entering the system, ensuring safe and efficient charging without the risk of liquid slugging. This helps protect compressors and improves overall system reliability.

Constructed from heat-treated stainless steel with a painted and polished finish, the device is built for durability and long-term industrial use. It features a double sight glass, allowing technicians to visually monitor the refrigerant flow and adjust the charging rate precisely through the manifold valve.

When connected to the low-pressure side of the charging manifold, the Vapor Vue can increase charging speed up to 8 times, significantly reducing servicing time. The device works by naturally absorbing heat to flash liquid refrigerant into vapor, and its efficiency can be further enhanced by placing it in warm airflow near the condensing unit.

Factory pressure tested up to 800 PSI, the VV1 Vapor Vue is compatible with a wide range of refrigerants including R-410A, CFC, HCFC, HFC, Zeotropic, and Azeotropic refrigerants, making it a versatile solution for HVAC professionals.
