The Castel Safety Valves – Series 3030, 3060, 3061, and 3065 are unbalanced, conventional direct spring-loaded valves designed to provide reliable overpressure protection in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. These valves operate by opening when the pressure exerted by the refrigerant on the plunger exceeds the calibrated spring force, allowing excess pressure to be safely released.

These safety valves are engineered for accurate and consistent performance, ensuring system safety under varying operating conditions. The calibration range varies by series, with 9 to 50 bar for Series 3030 and 3060, and 11 to 60 bar for Series 3061 and 3065, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.
