The Anergy Automatic Pressurization & Deaeration Unit is designed to maintain stable pressure in chilled and hot water HVAC systems while also removing dissolved air and microbubbles from the system. It ensures smooth operation, protects system components, and improves overall efficiency.
The unit stores expansion water in a replaceable rubber bladder at ambient pressure, which helps manage pressure changes caused by temperature variations. A microprocessor-based controller with display continuously monitors system pressure and automatically controls the operation of pumps and valves.
When system pressure increases due to water expansion, the controller operates a spill control valve to release excess water. When pressure drops due to contraction, it starts the multistage centrifugal pump to restore the required system pressure. The system also includes soft start and stop functionality, ensuring smooth pump operation and reduced mechanical stress.
Additionally, the unit features a programmable deaeration schedule, allowing automatic removal of dissolved air and microbubbles from the system, which improves heat transfer and prevents operational issues.
The system includes a double pump configuration (1 working + 1 standby) using multistage high-pressure centrifugal pumps that are quiet, reliable, and durable. All major components—pumps, pressure transmitter, valves, piping, and control panel—are factory-mounted on a compact steel frame, ensuring easy installation and integration.
With automatic operation and BMS compatibility, the unit integrates easily with modern building management systems.
