The Castel CCHV Check Valve is a robust non-return (NRV) valve designed to ensure one-way flow of refrigerants and prevent backflow in HVAC and refrigeration systems. It is suitable for use with common non-flammable refrigerants, including R717 (ammonia), as well as non-corrosive gases and liquids, depending on sealing material compatibility.

Manufactured with high-quality body materials such as CPVC, Mild Steel, and Stainless Steel, the valve offers excellent strength, durability, and resistance to harsh operating conditions. The PTFE seat material ensures tight sealing, minimizing leakage and enhancing system efficiency.

Designed for flexibility, the valve supports both horizontal and vertical installation, making it easy to integrate into various system layouts. With a pressure rating of up to 40 bar (580 psig) and a working temperature range of -46°C to +150°C, it is suitable for a wide range of industrial and commercial applications.

The butt weld end connection ensures a strong and leak-proof joint, while the powder-coated and paint-coated finish provides additional protection against corrosion and wear.
