The Pall rings create multiple flow paths that help separate impurities from the fluid while maintaining minimal pressure drop. Dirt particles settle at the bottom and can be easily removed by simply opening the drain plug, eliminating the need to dismantle the unit.

In addition, debris lighter than water—commonly responsible for clogging perforated strainers—floats to the top and can be easily removed by opening the top dead plug and draining the water.

The separator also includes a built-in flow straightener that ensures smooth and optimized flow conditions at the pump inlet. This design improves pump efficiency and system reliability while reducing maintenance effort.
