Centrifugal Air Separator

The Anergy Air & Sediment Separator is an essential component for maintaining the efficiency and reliability of hydronic, HVAC, and boiler water systems. It is specifically designed to remove dissolved air, gases, microbubbles, and undissolved impurities from closed or open water and fluid circuits.

Constructed from durable mild steel (M.S.) with flanged connections, the separator ensures strong performance and long service life. The unit is equipped with a high-capacity automatic air vent at the top, which continuously releases trapped air and gases from the system.

For chilled water applications, the separator should be insulated with 50 mm thick insulation and finished with 26G aluminum cladding as per recommended specifications. The integrated sediment separator removes impurities heavier than water, preventing blockages and protecting system components.

By eliminating air, microbubbles, and heavy particles, the separator helps improve system performance, reduce corrosion, prevent air locks, and extend the life of pumps, strainers, and other equipment.
