The Controller With Maximum Flow Limit is an intelligent microprocessor-based device designed for precise fluid and temperature control in heat exchanger and coil applications. Equipped with a clear LCD display, it allows real-time monitoring and easy configuration.
The controller measures space temperature or accepts a 0–10 V DC input signal for flexible operation. It also monitors fluid temperature at both the inlet and outlet of the heat exchanger/coil and accurately calculates the temperature differential (ΔT).
By maintaining a constant temperature differential, the device automatically limits the maximum fluid flow rate through the system. When required, it can override the space condition control signal to protect equipment and ensure optimal performance. This smart functionality enhances system stability, efficiency, and long-term reliability.
